Become a Licensed Conveyancer – no qualifications needed.

The Firm - We are an online conveyancing firm, with a high street office, 16 staff and almost 20 years of experience. We are now looking to expand our team by bringing onboard Trainee Conveyancers, with the opportunity to become Licensed.

The Role - This role is full-time consisting of 37.5 hours a week and flexible working between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Your primary responsibilities would be:

• Managing a personal caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage & transfer of equity transactions.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other 3rd parties such as search companies, Land Registry, Local Councils & property management companies.
• Drafting reports on title registers, mortgage offers and search results.
• Engaging with new clients from quotes through to onboarding, setting up new files on our CMS and identification requirements.
• Registering applications through Land Registry and other post-completion duties.

No conveyancing experience or qualifications necessary but welcomed, as you will be joining the Roberts Crossley Licensed Conveyancer Program. You will be assigned a Training Mentor who will monitor your development, provide one-to-one help and guidance across a twelve-month period.

After successful completion of the first two months training, you will move up the company career structure to "Conveyancer", when not only will your salary increase, but you will be in receipt of a monthly bonus, which puts you on around £27k total salary in your first year.

For those who are ambitious and work hard, there is potential to earn upward of £50k and work your way right up to the top of the company structure, all to be discussed further at the interview stage. So what are we looking for?

Salary: £20,500.00-£55,000.00 per year
